Reason for decision |
The proposal relates to commissioning and governance arrangements for CYP emotional wellbeing planning and services. There are no planned material changes to buildings, land use, construction or travel requirements. Also joint commissioning may indirectly support climate objectives by reducing duplication, supporting digital delivery and providing care closer to home though this is difficult to directly measure.
